What do we mean by project service?

In addition to the project manager, the contract manager has an extremely important function in every project. In addition to developing claim strategies, his tasks include ensuring claim potential and supporting the project team in all changes and disruptions.

An important area relates to the management of claim bases by drafting robust correspondence and advising the project team on the preparation of evidence. 

Our deliverables

You need a contract manager? We have him. In many cases, however, the contract manager's services are not required 100% over the entire duration of the project. It makes sense to set up the necessary processes in the framework of contract management at the beginning of the project and then to accompany them quasi "stand-by". Accompanying means that employees are made aware of which situations require special attention and actions. Consulting the contract manager at an early stage then leads to an efficient procedure in which resources are used optimally.
